Day-to-day management and operation

• Provide top-quality property management services including 24-hour security, professional cleaning, repair and maintenance service, accounting, professional gardening and building insurance
  
• Carry out regular checkups on different facilities and test records of the property, provide comprehensive repair and maintenance service to ensure proper functioning and prolong the life of those facilities
  
• Explore new resources to help provide customers with value-added services without increasing the cost
  
• Conduct regular surveys to better understand customer needs and to further enhance our service quality
  
• Organise different events, community and social activities for residents
  
• Show spontaneous care for residents to promote neighbourliness
  
• Develop and execute rules on property management to cater for different needs
• Maintain a close relationship with government departments and public organisations, take charge of the negotiation and discussion of all matters related to property management to protect owners’ interest
  
• Prepare the annual budget on property management for owners’ approval, monitor its implementation and identify different measures to increase income and reduce expenditure so as to keep the building financially healthy
  
• Provide a comprehensive range of professional consultation services, such as legal, construction, real estates, project management, electrical and building services engineering and leasing services
