Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales administration and marketing activities
  • Manage and monitor all on-site sales activities
  • Liaise with the potential customers in support of property sales
  • Coordinate sales service with other operating and service departments
  • Provide professional after sales services

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or a related discipline
  • An enthusiastic, aggressive and presentable sales professional with at least 3 years’ property sales experience preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently, good creativity, outgoing and pleasant personality

Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic tenancy mix for our property portfolios in Hong Kong
  • Handle leasing of retail, residential and commercial properties
  • Advise the Management on leasing campaign and formulate effective promotional strategies
  • Liaise and negotiate with potential clients
  • Conduct marketing research and advise the Management on rental trend

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in leasing of properties, of which 5 years should be at managerial level
  • Sound knowledge in local property market with good marketing senses
  • Good foresight and sensitivity on capturing new trends and developments in retail and entertainment business and their impacts on rental market
  • Familiarity with leasing procedures and relevant legal documentation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with creativity and outgoing personality

Senior Quantity Surveying Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pre-contract documentation including bills of quantities and / or contract preliminaries
    Provide post contract services including measurement of work, preparation of interim and final payment certificates, settlement of final accounts and other contractual claims
  • Assist in tendering procedures / contractual agreements and advise Management on tender selection
  • Monitor consultants to prepare cost plans and costing exercises, source and prepare cost analysis of construction materials regularly
  • Perform inter-auditing exercises, set up and maintain a library of materials catalogues and samples

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with sizable consultant firm, property developer or contractors
  • China project experience is preferable
  • Conversancy in all aspects of building contracts including NSC & NS
  • Familiarity with contracts and cost trends
  • Good communication and negotiation skills especially in dealing with consultants and contractors
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience in PC operations, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access etc.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and with good initiative
  • Frequent travel to Mainland China is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for appointment as Quantity

Customer Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from owners of our existing/developed properties in a professional manner
  • Liaise with other departments and parties concerned and provide solutions in response to owners’ enquiries
  • Analyze and report owners’ enquiries for management’s review
  • Initiate continuous improvement on service quality
  • Develop and implement quality customer service management programs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management/Property Management or a related discipline
    Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in customers servicing and complaint handling, of which 3 years should be at managerial level
  • Knowledge in and experience with property development and management operations is a definite advantage
  • A good team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with service-orientation and self-motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure

Manager – Property Management

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to supervise the outsourcing property management agents over their services rendered to the Group’s property portfolio including commercial and residential developments
  • Assist to develop sophisticated handover standards and monitor the service conformity of outsourcing agents
  • Assist to design and implement value-adding services and products for continual excellence
  • Assist to design and implement a systematic and comprehensive market intelligence system

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in Housing Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ of solid experience in managing mixed portfolio of properties
  • Well versed in the Deed of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance
  • Hands-on experience in PC operations
  • Mature and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for appointment as Assistant Property Manager

Senior Leasing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate leasing administration, marketing of retail properties, offices and industrial buildings
  • Liaise with potential tenants and property agents on new letting and renewal
  • Conduct marketing research as required
  • Assist to coordinate promotion activities of retail properties

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing/Business/Surveying or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in property leasing, preferably in retail sector
  • Knowledge in local property market and familiar with leasing market/administration
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for appointment as Leasing Officer
