Our collaboration with the acclaimed interior designer Steve Leung for the J Residence showflats has led to an award-winning project. The Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards (APIDA) is open to more than 10 Asia Pacific cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia, and aims to give industrial recognition to talented designers and their outstanding projects.

Top Ten Flat Layout Award — The Caldecott
Embraced the architecture concept of a "European Chateau", this deluxe residence is the winner of the "Top Ten Flat Layout Award 2005" awarded by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, which aims to promote quality design with particular focus on tenants’ expectations regarding the floor area and layout of the living and dining rooms.



Charity collaboration with Water Poon for the Caring for Children Foundation — The Palace
We have collaborated with the world renowned photographer Water Poon to create a photo album on art deco and gothic architecture, all filmed in The Palace, for charity sale, which helped raise funds for the Caring for Children Foundation.




Creative collaboration with IKEA — La Costa
A joint promotion with the Swedish furniture retailer IKEA to reproduce the layout of La Costa within its Shatin store. This one-of-a-kind promotion was very well received in the market and has successfully brought together the target customers of IKEA and those of La Costa.




First grade A office building with private pier — K. Wah Centre
Commanding a panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour, K. Wah Centre is the first grade A office building in Hong Kong to have a private pier of its own.
